Nothing is as good and tasty as a homemade smoothie. Sweet, fresh and definitely good for you.
- 2 Cups of frozen strawberries
- 2 Fresh peeled bananas
- 1 Cup of vanilla yogurt or milk
- I Tablespoon of honey
- I Cup of ice.
Add the frozen strawberries, fresh peeled bananas, vanilla yogurt or milk, honey and cup of ice into a blender. Pulse it until it is smooth.
If you find that the smoothie is too thick for you add some more vanilla yogurt or milk if it’s too thin for you add some more fruits or ice.
